With Hudson MAX, customers can earn points when purchasing from selected Hudson stores

Accumulate points with purchases over €25, when shopping in over 30 Hudson retail stores around Malta and Gozo. €25 = 1 point, 20 points = €50 free coupon.

Hudson MAX members will earn 1 point for every €25 spent at Hudson stores in Malta and Gozo (excluding Alcott and KIABI). One may also earn points when purchasing Hudson Coins and Hudson Gift vouchers in-store and when placing an online order at Hudson Store.

In-store: Prior to paying for your items, kindly present the barcode linked to your Hudson MAX profile to our sales team.

Online: Once the order is fulfilled, an invoice is sent to the e-mail address provided. Kindly forward us a copy of your invoice, along with your mobile number to [email protected].

No, points cannot be transferred

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the day that they were earned

Hudson MAX App – Your points are visible on your virtual card, which is accessible through the app. Receipt – Points are visible at the bottom of the receipt.

Points are not earned when redeeming gift vouchers or Hudson Coins. If you spend over €25, you earn points on the value paid in When spending over 25 euros, you earn points on the amount spent over the voucher/s value.

In-store – For returned products, points will be decreased automatically.

Online Store – Points will be decreased automatically for any products that are returned from your order or cancelled.

Points are calculated per transaction/order depending on the value spent. You earn 1 point with every €25.

No points are earned for purchases under the value of €25, meaning a purchase of €24.99 will not earn you any points. Whilst a purchase of €49.99 will earn you 1 point. Separate transaction values cannot be added together to qualify for points.

When you reach 20 points, a €50 coupon is automatically generated. This is equivalent to €50 credit that can be used in all Hudson Stores in Malta and Gozo (excluding Alcott and KIABI). Coupons are valid for 12 months.

Coupons are issued with every 20 points earned.

One may redeem a coupon by presenting it in-store at the cash desk.

Coupons can be redeemed on Sale Priced items

Only one coupon per transaction can be used.

Coupons expire within 12 months

No, coupons cannot be extended.

Coupons can be found in the Coupons section on your Hudson MAX app.

This means that your coupon was used or has expired.

You may reset your Hudson MAX password, by selecting "Forgot password?" through the app.

Your Hudson MAX app allows you to update most of your details through the Profile section. If you have any questions related to your profile, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].

Hudson has the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with programme and/or website terms. Terms and conditions apply.

If no transactions are made within a period of 18 months, the account is suspended automatically. To start benefitting from the loyalty scheme after the said period, one has to re-apply.

There is no need to carry around a physical loyalty card if you have the Hudson MAX app. Move toward virtual cards, to help save the environment!
